Street dance classes in Woodley— join the Steppin Crew

Our newest class is a brilliant way to build confidence, fitness and coordination — all while making new friends and learning fresh routines in a supportive space.

Street dance classes full of energy and confidence

Street Dance is a great way for children and young people to move, learn rhythm and build confidence in a lively class setting. We create sessions that feel fun from the start, while still helping your child make real progress in timing, coordination and performance skills. Our classes are part of the welcoming programme at Steppin Out Stars of Tomorrow, where children aged 9 to 16 years can grow at their own pace. In Wokingham, Woodley and nearby Reading, many parents look for activities that keep children active while giving them a creative outlet, and street dance does exactly that. We keep the atmosphere encouraging so your child can enjoy learning new routines without feeling under pressure. We help your child develop stage presence, self-belief and friendships that often carry on beyond the studio.

A class that helps your child come out of their shell

Our street dance sessions focus on upbeat movement and expressive performance, giving your child a chance to enjoy dance in a style that feels current and exciting. Steppin Out Stars of Tomorrow welcomes all abilities, so beginners can settle in comfortably and more confident dancers can keep building their skills. In addition to urban dance routines, students can develop solo vocal skills through private singing lessons or progress into leadership roles through our dance teachers programme. Regular classes help children improve memory, musicality and body control through repeated practice of routines and technique. Reading families often choose dance classes because they give children structure, creativity and a sense of achievement outside school. We make sure each session feels positive, organised and enjoyable from start to finish.
